Acid anhydride mixture specially formulated for pultrusion. Easy to use, fast line speed, long pot life, crack-free profiles, excellent fatigue properties, optimized release properties. For fiber content 67-68V% (Unidirectional fibres). Available as EPOXYS PULFAST-E2 Tg115 also.
Product DescriptionThe product is a pre-accelerated anhydride mixture and fully formulated for pultrusion process. The product contains an internal release agent and soft filler. The product is designed to have fast reactivity at hightemperatures and allow high line speeds in pultrusion. The product has long pot life at room temperature with standard DGEBA epoxies. The product is easy to use and the perfect choice for complex profile shapes.
Temperature resistance is 115°C when fully cured with standard DGEBA resins.The optimal fiber volume content is 66-68%.This product is Reach-SVHC free. It does not contain any components which are on the Reach Substance Very High Concern -list.
