Epoxy Formulations
We have 20 years of experience in formulating epoxies mostly for pultrusion process but also some formulation experience making epoxy formulations for the glass fibre industry where epoxy-based resin systems could be used as hotmelt adhesives and as sticky self-adhesives to be sprayed up on fiber mats to glue them together in the vertical moulds.
Epoxies are interesting because their properties can be enchanged by mixing them with different epoxies, accelerators and hardeners. Epoxies are challenging to be used in pultrusion but with the right formulation and process additives, epoxy pultrusion can be easy. There is the possibility to modify the properties with a really wide range of the final mixture by choices of each component of the epoxy mixture.

Other Resins
We have a lot of experience with unsaturated polyester resins and vinyl ester resins in pultrusion environments and a few years experience with polyurethanes and some experience with phenol resins also. So we know what other resins can do or cannot.
Manufacturing Processes/ Applications
Pultrusion has been the most experienced process that we have worked with. We have also some work done with continuous lamination, RTM, infusion and hand lamination.
By-processes
Pultrusion is one process but there are other processes which are strongly related to the main process like resin mixing, trial runs, ramp-ups, material testing with lab devices and all kinds of chemical safety issues.
